Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between the company GALVACYL (the "Seller") and any individual or legal entity (the "Customer") wishing to make a purchase via the galvacyl.com website.

Any order placed on the site implies the Customer's full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

The products offered for sale are those described on the website (e.g., Galvacyl Standard, Galvacyl Pro). They are intended for cold galvanizing and anti-corrosion protection.

Product and price offers are valid as long as they are visible on the website, within the limits of available stock.

Prices are indicated in Euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges. GALVACYL reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time the order is validated.

Payment is due immediately upon order placement. Payment is made by credit card via the secure Stripe system.

Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when ordering.

Delivery times: Shipping is generally processed within 48 business hours. Delivery times are given for information purposes only.
Costs: Shipping costs are specified before final order validation.
Risks: Risks are transferred to the Customer upon delivery of the products to the carrier.

In accordance with current legislation (Consumer Code), the consumer Client has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to give any reason or pay any penalty.

Return costs are the sole responsibility of the Client. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and in perfect resalable condition.

GALVACYL guarantees the conformity of the products sold. However, the Seller cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the product, non-compliance with precautions for use or best practices in surface preparation.

For professional customers, GALVACYL's liability is limited to the amount of the order.

The information collected is necessary for order processing. It may be transmitted to partners responsible for order execution, processing, management, and payment (e.g., Stripe, carriers).

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, exclusive jurisdiction is attributed to the Nantes courts.
