GALVACYL is a zinc-rich cold galvanizing coating. Applied to metal, it forms an active protective layer that blocks rust — the protection of industrial galvanizing, applied right at home with a brush, roller or spray gun.

Application in 5 steps
GALVACYL® is easy to apply without special equipment, in the workshop or on site.
Remove scale, grease and dust. Clean and dry surface.
Sandblasting or wire brushing recommended.Dry mechanical prep — no harsh chemicals needed.Shake vigorously before use to homogenise the suspended zinc.
Stir regularly during application.Solvent-free — no toxic fumes during mixing.Apply by brush or low-pressure spray gun in two coats.
Cross-pass for even coverage.Solvent-free — zero VOC emitted during application.Touch dry in 15–30 min. Immediate use possible.
2nd coat possible as soon as it is dry to the touch.Air-dries naturally — no additional energy required.Clean immediately with clear water. No solvent required.
