GALVACYL® is a cold galvanizing solution based on zinc, developed to ensure high-level anti-corrosion protection of metal structures while reducing the environmental impact of traditional treatments.

Formulated with zinc powder and an inorganic binder, GALVACYL® provides long-lasting anticorrosion protection on steel, aluminium, bronze and cast iron. It effectively replaces hot-dip galvanizing — without part deformation, without heavy chemical baths, and with simple application in the workshop or on site.

GALVACYL® is manufactured without any solvent-based product. Its formulation is based on a controlled process integrating components in several stages to guarantee stability, performance and safety.
Application in 5 steps
GALVACYL® is easy to apply without special equipment, in the workshop or on site.
Remove scale, grease and dust. Clean and dry surface.
Sandblasting or wire brushing recommended.Dry mechanical prep — no harsh chemicals needed.Shake vigorously before use to homogenise the suspended zinc.
Stir regularly during application.Solvent-free — no toxic fumes during mixing.Apply by brush or low-pressure spray gun in two coats.
Cross-pass for even coverage.Solvent-free — zero VOC emitted during application.Touch dry in 15–30 min. Immediate use possible.
